A dump truck is a special type of truck that is made to have the capability of carrying very heavy material such as sand from where it is mined, stones from where they are cut, gravel and other construction material on its rear carrier which is designed and fitted with a hydraulic system on its front to lift up the side so that its content is deposited onto the ground from the other end. There are many different types of dump trucks that are specifically made to perform their own intended tasks according to their load carrying capacity, their engine size, and horse power, their physical size, as well as their speed limits and these tasks, might include carrying material for construction to the place of building, mining of minerals in the fields and different landscapes, carrying the mined minerals to the processing sites and also excavation of archeological sites.

There are some few classifications of the dump trucks that are commonly sold on the market and used for the most common purposes such as in mining and construction industry. One such type is the standard dump truck which is the most common truck available and is simply manufactured to carry the material used in activities such as roads and buildings construction and it is designed to carry heavy loads but on relatively fair terrain and its dump body is supported on top of a frame running from front to rear or the Tampa Dump Truck Construction and the front side has a hydraulic system to lift it and remove its content.

The second type of dump trucks is the transfer dump truck which is a truck that has not been fitted with a permanent trailer and it is therefore used to pull another trailer that is being used to transport the load that is to be moved and when it gets to the destination, the truck is detached from the trailer because it does not have a hydraulic system to remove the content of the trailer.

A third example of Tampa Aggregate Hauling is the off road dump truck which is a very wide and heavy truck that cannot be driven on busy roads where there is other traffic because it will cause accidents and destruction of the road and it is therefore only suitable for use in places such as mining sites to move the heavy loads of earth that are being dug since they are also designed to be driven on such rough terrain. The last example of dump trucks is the side dump truck that is used to remove content onto the side of the truck because hydraulics are fitted on one side.
